Christopher Alan Bayly

Sir Christopher Alan Bayly wurde 1945 in England geboren. Er studierte an der Universität Oxford. Er ist Professor für Imperial- und Marinegeschichte an der Universität Cambridge, Präsident des St. Catharine's College und Direktor des Cambridge Centre of South Asian Studies sowie Mitglied der British Academy.
