Richard Lachmann

Richard Lachmann ist Professor für Soziologie an der University at Albany, State University of New York. Er ist spezialisiert auf historische Soziologie und Elitenkonflikttheorie. Zu seinen Hauptwerken gehören "From Manor to Market: Structural Change in England, 1536-1640" (1987), "Capitalists in Spite of Themselves: Elite Conflict and Economic Transitions in Early Modern Europe" (2000), "States and Power" (2010) und "What Is Historical Sociology?"
