Christina Sotiropoulou wurde 1978 in Athen geboren und wuchs in Heraklion, Kreta, auf. Sie studierte Übersetzung und absolvierte einen Master in Computerlinguistik. Seit 2002 arbeitet sie als Übersetzerin und schreibt Drehbücher für Film und Werbung. "Coffee with Ulen" ist ihr erster Roman.
