I would like to inform you that while the vacuum cleaner is very good in all aspects, it lacks in battery quality, which drains in 1 minute after 2 and a half years. Unfortunately, the dealership in Greece does not cover it once the warranty has expired! Also, even though they are aware of the problem as it cannot be repaired due to the integrated battery, they do not provide any other solution, replacement, or substantial discount, so ultimately the device is useless after two years. I would recommend choosing a model with a detachable battery and perhaps from another company since the service I received from the Service was not good.

The vacuum cleaner was purchased in 2020 and has been used daily. The battery has now "died" so it cannot be used (it shuts off constantly during use). The battery is not available as a replacement, so it needs to be recycled. It is much heavier than other stick vacuums in the same category (and price range). Maybe it's because the mechanism is high up. Besides the above, from the beginning, it didn't clean well, for example, as the mechanism turns, it throws debris like crumbs, etc., backwards. It is also quite noisy. I would not recommend it.

Purchased in November 2020 and I will change it because I can't stand the constant release of the plastic piece that you have to remove to empty the filter. From the first moment, the plastic didn't fit well and they told me that the warranty doesn't cover plastic parts. I received a rubber band, but it's not convenient when you want to empty it. Now, it sweeps, opens, and all the dirt falls down. As a broom, it is quite absorbent, but it collects all the hairs underneath and you have to clean it often. Now the battery has also started to die. I do not recommend it.

After 3 years of use, the battery died. I contacted the dealership and their response was that the company does not provide the battery as a spare part for this specific model (although they do for other models).... therefore, the only solution is to throw it away... only for this reason, 2 stars because no matter how good it is as a vacuum cleaner, it is unacceptable for them not to provide such a vital spare part as the battery.

While at first it was satisfactory in its performance and user-friendly, after a few months its battery lasts less than 5 minutes.

We have it for 2 months, worry-free. It is very good for its price. It has power and good quality plastic, 3 in 1, and overall it seems to be well-made. It has a normal mode and a turbo mode, but it also has an automatic option. The advantage is the brush underneath that rotates and collects well from the carpet. It comes with an additional spare filter. The battery is currently quite satisfactory and overall I recommend it compared to other 50-dollar ones that are disposable.

Perfect. Very powerful in use without the arm. With the arm, the pulling force on objects decreases somewhat, but it's logical, since the power is distributed over a much larger nozzle than in the small vacuum cleaner. As a broom for collecting dust and hair, it's great, just don't expect it to suck up any pebbles..! It's not meant to replace your broom. However, for the country house, I would easily take it. The battery lasts much longer than I expected. Also, if you use it as a broom, it's a bit annoying that you often have to clean the rotating brush on its nozzle, which collects tangled hair, etc... But that's something all vacuum cleaners with rotating heads have. I recommend it with closed eyes.

As a handheld vacuum, it's good. As a broom, it's terrible, it doesn't suck anything, not even in turbo mode, not even from the floor, let alone the carpet. Unfortunately, I was influenced by the many positive reviews on the scrub. In my opinion, before evaluating something, let at least a month pass of using it...

It is not user-friendly, meaning that the foot moves so much that it makes sweeping very difficult. Also, because it is not absorbent like a vacuum cleaner with a bag, it essentially has no reason to exist in the house, except without its long handle, but even then it is very narrow at that point. I would not buy it if I had tried it.

Okay, I love it! I have almost eliminated the regular vacuum cleaner. The battery on the low setting easily covers 100 square meters.

I would like it to be slightly lighter, without saying that it is heavy or difficult to operate. It performs well on carpet and on all surfaces. Fast charging. I recommend it!

The vacuum cleaner is very convenient, user-friendly, and lightweight. It is suitable for everyday cleaning (kitchen). However, for the whole house, under no circumstances. It does not suck well and does not pick up some small debris (threads, crumbs, etc.) or when it does pick them up after persistence, it will release them when closing the vacuum cleaner. I also noticed that there is dust left after wiping. Unfortunately, I am not satisfied at all. If I could, I would return it.

I renew and add the tip for the only issue that bothered me, the emptying.... Now, for cleaning the bin, I use the large electric vacuum cleaner and it becomes like new!!
The use I make and I am satisfied with is for crumbs and anything else that falls from the kids during mealtime and more.
It is a rechargeable handheld vacuum, not an electric vacuum cleaner to clean the whole house.

Minus two stars because after two years, our battery died and from the comments of others, I learned that it does not provide a replacement battery.

I got it for my mother and it is the best gift I have ever given her, in terms of functionality.
Instead of bending down and using the big electric one, now she cleans for 5 minutes a day with the rechargeable one and she's done!! Incredible ease of use and lightweight!

I have placed it with its base in my kitchen and I use it constantly. (Nice design and small size) It is the most user-friendly vacuum cleaner I have had. It could easily replace my big vacuum cleaner (for small houses). Its autonomy is sufficient to clean 80 sqm. I am very satisfied with this purchase. It is definitely worth its money

We bought it about 20 days ago. We have been using it quite a lot and so far we are quite satisfied. We bought it for 136 and I think this is the ideal price for the vacuum cleaner. The battery is sufficient for 2 times of vacuuming (a 60 sq.m. house). The big advantage is that the handheld vacuum easily detaches and you can use it in difficult or high areas while vacuuming, without many movements. The scented filter is definitely a positive feature. I will come back as soon as we put carpets ;)
