I have been an iPhone owner since 2009, imagine how many iPhones have passed through my hands, such as the 3gs, 4s, 5s, 6s, 7, 8 plus, and now I got the XS MAX. Generally, the technology of iPhones is much better than Androids. It's really nice to have a mobile phone in your hands that is super fast, has a perfect battery, camera, and graphics card, and all these will last for a long time. I advise you never to get an Android because, in essence, they are more expensive than iPhones. Someone can buy an Android phone for 200-300€ and it can break within 2 years, then they will have to buy a new one, and then another new one, while the iPhone, although expensive, will last forever.

I upgraded in February 2019 from an iPhone 7 Plus 128 GB to an iPhone XS Max 512 GB. The reason for the high capacity is the FLAC songs that I have, which take up a lot of space, as well as professional recordings. The screen is beautiful, very well calibrated, and the colors are very natural. The video in 4K 60 fps with stereo recording is on another level and definitely the best available. I can't say the same for the photos, which still lag in low light. Regardless, it is mainly aimed at those who are looking for the top of the line and want a fast and hassle-free experience. The only negative, apart from the price, is the capacity, which I would prefer to be 1 TB so that I don't have to worry about it in the future.

I am the owner of the phone for 6 months now. When I got it, I thought it was something unique compared to Samsung's S9. However, with today's standards, for the same price and 400 euros less (which is already extremely uneconomical), you can buy the Samsung S10 Plus pro dual. Which has the following advantages:
1) It has double the RAM (6GB vs 12GB that the Samsung has)
2) It has a much better screen resolution
3) It has better speakers with a greater emphasis on bass
4) It has as much memory as the PS4, which is 1TB
5) Much better resolution in gaming
However, Apple's software is unique and gives it unique speeds (it is incredibly fast).
Although I think the S10 has a better camera.

The phone is very fast, but the price is outrageous considering the above features provided by the S10.
However, with today's money, it's better to buy a scooter and a Xiaomi for 120€

I have had this mobile phone for 3 months and I wanted to write a review for this specific device. Well, if we start with the price, it is quite high, even expensive these days. As a brand, we all know how top Apple is as a company and what it does in general with all its products, especially with mobile phones in the last 10 years. Now, this particular mobile phone has a 6.5-inch screen, which is probably the best they have released in their series. The camera takes incredibly vivid photos with amazing resolution and image quality, both in photos and videos. The software's speed is much better than the previous versions. The exterior casing is very durable, possibly because it is made of stainless steel. The FaceTime feature that I tried is unbelievably clear in terms of connection. The Face ID works quite well, even excellently. The battery of the mobile phone is one of the strongest points that I have noticed because it lasts and reaches 35-40% with hours of daily use and many open applications. If you use it normally, it lasts at least 2 days without data saving. If you use data saving, it can last 3-4 days for sure. Overall, I am very satisfied with this mobile phone. Yes, the price may be excessive and many people would not pay that much, especially these days, but if you don't want to look for a new device every year or every 2 years, it is worth giving something extra. However, the only sure thing is that if you spend that money on this specific device, you will not regret it and you will be quite satisfied. In my opinion, I recommend it...

Owner of xs max here for 3 months. A lover of Apple, I couldn't miss out on this phone! Coming from 4s, 5s, 6 plus, 7 plus, 8 plus, and X, I have to say that this phone made the difference for me! It has an incredible screen, more than enough 512gb storage that never fills up! Surely, even if this phone cost 2000€, it would be worth it for someone who has the financial ability to make use of it.

POSITIVES!

Gaming: In gaming, it plays everything on full graphics, 2k 60fps, and it runs smoothly!

Camera: As for the camera, there are noticeable differences compared to the X. It has very good noise reduction, better smart HDR, and the colors are smoother and more vibrant! It is the best camera on a smartphone so far!

Multitasking: I ran 23 applications simultaneously one day after another, and it never lagged. That's impressive.

Music: The speakers are of high quality, providing stereo sound and great bass for a phone!

Face ID: I compared it to the X, which I had for the Face ID. The XS Max is faster by fractions of a second.

NEGATIVES:

Price: Overall, the price is not worth it. I bought it for 1789€, as I mentioned above, and it depends on your budget! But overall, it's not really worth it, and I'll explain why below.

Accessories: Apple, you sell a phone for over 1,500€, which costs you around 400€. And not only that, you don't even include a case or a fast charger! And we have to pay extra for those? Come on!

Hardware: Face ID is good, but come on Apple, the fingerprint sensor is still popular! Next time, include a fingerprint sensor on the power button.

Battery Life: 3100mAh, which means one day of typical use. Come on Apple, give us 5000mAh for a better experience!

Guys, the phone is amazing! Just get it if you have 1700€ to spare! The camera, the screen, everything is perfect! The face ID works flawlessly, even at night! Fantastic portrait mode on both the front and back cameras! It's so sleek and stylish, which is why I chose it over the Note 9. I didn't like the design of the Note 9 at all, especially compared to this. The speaker is incredible! It has great quality and is very loud. The call quality is also exceptional. Apple has done an amazing job with this phone (which is not just a phone, let's be honest). I also bought a new fast charger, and it charges very quickly! I also purchased the wireless pad from Samsung, which offers fast charging with wireless charging. Unfortunately, there is no audio jack. Personally, it doesn't bother me because I'm not the type to wear headphones, but when I do, I always have the adapter connected to my headphones. I don't use the ones that come in the box. It's also my first waterproof phone! So now, during the Christmas holidays, I went to the hotel pool and took underwater shots! Needless to say, they turned out perfectly. But if it falls and breaks, you're in trouble. It's better to leave it as it is since it's expensive to repair! That's why I always use a case from Apple and a full-screen tempered glass to keep my mind at ease. All in all, it's a wonderful phone and I believe it's the best out there! If you have at least 1000€ to spare, get the XS, even the regular one. You won't regret it at all!

Waste of money... Like last year's model but a little faster, a bit more battery life, and with stereo sound recording in videos (finally!)
Other than that, I regret the back glass, it cracked on the first day after falling from shoulder height... (I hadn't put on the protective case yet). But it is supposed to be the most durable glass on a smartphone...
In terms of quality-price ratio, if I could, I would give it a 0. The only reason I got it is for the extra battery compared to the X and because I have invested in the cursed Apple ecosystem.

I advise you never to get an Android because, in essence, they are more expensive than iPhones. Someone can buy an Android phone for 200-300€ and it can break within 2 years, then they will have to buy a new one, and then another new one, while the iPhone, although expensive, will last forever.

I upgraded in February 2019 from an iPhone 7 Plus 128 GB to an iPhone XS Max 512 GB. The reason for the high capacity is the FLAC songs that I have, which take up a lot of space, as well as professional recordings. The screen is beautiful, very well calibrated, and the colors are very natural. The video in 4K 60 fps with stereo recording is on another level and definitely the best available. I can't say the same for the photos, which still lag in low light. Regardless, it is mainly aimed at those who are looking for the top of the line and want a fast and hassle-free experience. The only negative, apart from the price, is the capacity, which I would prefer to be 1 TB so that I don't have to worry about it in the future.

I am the owner of the phone for 6 months now. When I got it, I thought it was something unique compared to Samsung's S9. However, with today's standards, for the same price and 400 euros less (which is already extremely uneconomical), you can buy the Samsung S10 Plus pro dual. Which has the following advantages:
1) It has double the RAM (6GB vs 12GB that the Samsung has)
2) It has a much better screen resolution
3) It has better speakers with a greater emphasis on bass
4) It has as much memory as the PS4, which is 1TB
5) Much better resolution in gaming
However, Apple's software is unique and gives it unique speeds (it is incredibly fast).
Although I think the S10 has a better camera.

The phone is very fast, but the price is outrageous considering the above features provided by the S10.
However, with today's money, it's better to buy a scooter and a Xiaomi for 120€

I have had this mobile phone for 3 months and I wanted to write a review for this specific device. Well, if we start with the price, it is quite high, even expensive these days. As a brand, we all know how top Apple is as a company and what it does in general with all its products, especially with mobile phones in the last 10 years. Now, this particular mobile phone has a 6.5-inch screen, which is probably the best they have released in their series. The camera takes incredibly vivid photos with amazing resolution and image quality, both in photos and videos. The software's speed is much better than the previous versions. The exterior casing is very durable, possibly because it is made of stainless steel. The FaceTime feature that I tried is unbelievably clear in terms of connection. The Face ID works quite well, even excellently. The battery of the mobile phone is one of the strongest points that I have noticed because it lasts and reaches 35-40% with hours of daily use and many open applications. If you use it normally, it lasts at least 2 days without data saving. If you use data saving, it can last 3-4 days for sure. Overall, I am very satisfied with this mobile phone. Yes, the price may be excessive and many people would not pay that much, especially these days, but if you don't want to look for a new device every year or every 2 years, it is worth giving something extra. However, the only sure thing is that if you spend that money on this specific device, you will not regret it and you will be quite satisfied. In my opinion, I recommend it...

Owner of xs max here for 3 months. A lover of Apple, I couldn't miss out on this phone! Coming from 4s, 5s, 6 plus, 7 plus, 8 plus, and X, I have to say that this phone made the difference for me! It has an incredible screen, more than enough 512gb storage that never fills up! Surely, even if this phone cost 2000€, it would be worth it for someone who has the financial ability to make use of it.

POSITIVES!

Gaming: In gaming, it plays everything on full graphics, 2k 60fps, and it runs smoothly!

Camera: As for the camera, there are noticeable differences compared to the X. It has very good noise reduction, better smart HDR, and the colors are smoother and more vibrant! It is the best camera on a smartphone so far!

Multitasking: I ran 23 applications simultaneously one day after another, and it never lagged. That's impressive.

Music: The speakers are of high quality, providing stereo sound and great bass for a phone!

Face ID: I compared it to the X, which I had for the Face ID. The XS Max is faster by fractions of a second.

NEGATIVES:

Price: Overall, the price is not worth it. I bought it for 1789€, as I mentioned above, and it depends on your budget! But overall, it's not really worth it, and I'll explain why below.

Accessories: Apple, you sell a phone for over 1,500€, which costs you around 400€. And not only that, you don't even include a case or a fast charger! And we have to pay extra for those? Come on!

Hardware: Face ID is good, but come on Apple, the fingerprint sensor is still popular! Next time, include a fingerprint sensor on the power button.

Battery Life: 3100mAh, which means one day of typical use. Come on Apple, give us 5000mAh for a better experience!

Guys, the phone is amazing! Just get it if you have 1700€ to spare! The camera, the screen, everything is perfect! The face ID works flawlessly, even at night! Fantastic portrait mode on both the front and back cameras! It's so sleek and stylish, which is why I chose it over the Note 9. I didn't like the design of the Note 9 at all, especially compared to this. The speaker is incredible! It has great quality and is very loud. The call quality is also exceptional. Apple has done an amazing job with this phone (which is not just a phone, let's be honest). I also bought a new fast charger, and it charges very quickly! I also purchased the wireless pad from Samsung, which offers fast charging with wireless charging. Unfortunately, there is no audio jack. Personally, it doesn't bother me because I'm not the type to wear headphones, but when I do, I always have the adapter connected to my headphones. I don't use the ones that come in the box. It's also my first waterproof phone! So now, during the Christmas holidays, I went to the hotel pool and took underwater shots! Needless to say, they turned out perfectly. But if it falls and breaks, you're in trouble. It's better to leave it as it is since it's expensive to repair! That's why I always use a case from Apple and a full-screen tempered glass to keep my mind at ease. All in all, it's a wonderful phone and I believe it's the best out there! If you have at least 1000€ to spare, get the XS, even the regular one. You won't regret it at all!

Waste of money... Like last year's model but a little faster, a bit more battery life, and with stereo sound recording in videos (finally!)
Other than that, I regret the back glass, it cracked on the first day after falling from shoulder height... (I hadn't put on the protective case yet). But it is supposed to be the most durable glass on a smartphone...
In terms of quality-price ratio, if I could, I would give it a 0. The only reason I got it is for the extra battery compared to the X and because I have invested in the cursed Apple ecosystem.
