We got it during the Christmas holidays. My 4.5-year-old son loved it. It doesn't need batteries and everything works mechanically. It shoots balls from the cannon by pressing the lever and also shoots arrows from the sides of the ship. The shark's mouth opens in the front and swallows anything in front of it. It's a blast, I tell you. Epic battles have been fought with the opponents (the playmobil). Overall, a very successful purchase!
