Siehe Beschreibung & SpezifikationenIt caused me damage... I am also to blame because I bought it and for about 10 minutes I didn't stop alternating it in my hands... It gave me tendonitis and now I have suffered a lot for a long time, I wish I had never bought it... It is very hard. The lowest setting it has should be in the middle. That is the biggest mistake... So if you get it, be very careful... few repetitions and warm up first, stretch...
Good product but not in the quality I expected. It is made of plastic but of good quality and durable. However, it has some squeaks during use. It is quite hard even at the lowest setting. I preferred it mainly because of the rubber it has that embraces the palm, however, I found it to be more user-friendly without it, so it is not a reason for purchase in itself. Overall, it is good but I wasn't thrilled, considering it is the most expensive.
