Nice product, small charger but easy to carry and store. Fast and with a cable that seems durable. Unfortunately, I received it defective, the charger was not working (ok, these things happen) but the speed of resolution and response surprised me. With one email and in two days I had a new one that worked perfectly and I didn't need to do anything else.
On both ends of the cable, there is a hard casing that tightens the corresponding connectors, so the charger does not come out easily with an awkward movement.
