Nach einer Weile habe ich beschlossen, über meine Erfahrung zu schreiben ... da ich es nicht viele Male benutzt habe ..... speziell 4 Mal ..... das erste Mal lief relativ gut ... der neue Staubsauger hat gut gesaugt .... Ein Viertel später, als ich es auf meinen Teppichen ausprobierte, hat es sie nicht nur nicht gereinigt, sondern auch schmutziger gemacht !!! Es hat das schmutzige Wasser nicht abgesaugt, so dass es auf dem Teppich geblieben ist .. Schließlich habe ich es zur Reinigung und den Staubsauger zur Reparatur gebracht .... nach 3 Monaten haben sie es mir zurückgegeben .... Also habe ich es nach langer Zeit wieder benutzt, um die Teppiche zu waschen, in der Gewissheit, dass der Staubsauger repariert wurde, das Gleiche und Schlimmere ... mit der Zeit verging die Garantie deckt mich nicht mehr ab, also habe ich es jetzt im Lager, um es anzusehen und mich an den schlimmsten Kauf aller Zeiten zu erinnern !!!!!!!!!! Weit weg ist es das Geld nicht wert ... ich weine immer noch !!!

So it made a purchase depreciation (165€ with shipping, they asked me for 200+€) in 4 hours total with coffee and cigarettes.
I cleaned about 50m2 on carpets and hallways in combination with a karcher wd3, that is, wd3 vacuuming after Hoover and again wd3 to pull out what Hoover didn't pull, the result in 5 minutes the carpet was ready, dry. as you can see in the photos it does the job, it was a chocolate drink that we had forgotten to clean since last year. I used the cleaning liquid that comes with the Hoover and then the Eureka for carpets. the only slight downside is that the water tanks it has are of small capacity for cleaning, for maintenance and for refreshing it is fine. CAUTION: when emptying the dirty water tank, check the BLUE filter, it usually fills with small particles (see photo)
Conclusion: I would easily recommend it to my friends but I would tell them to also get a vacuum that sucks water for a faster final result.

First time I tried washing carpets with a carpet cleaner... and I was satisfied!! I washed shaggy carpets and it didn't catch the fringes.

It does what it says. It requires a period of familiarization. If you learn it afterwards, the process is easier and the result even better.

Satisfactory, it does a good job, not miracles, but it removes most stains, noisy and bulky, a little awkward to use.

Well.... those who have given a very good rating should come and update in a year.....
The only noteworthy thing is the brush of the vacuum cleaner in combination with a good detergent.... it easily removes stains from the carpet BUT it does not have good suction at all, you need another extraction vacuum cleaner to complete the washing properly and not leave residues on the carpet....
As for its plastic parts, they are extremely poor!!!!!!! They have all broken within a year!!!!!! (and when I say they break, I don't mean with any impact.... they simply deteriorated!!!!!!)
And the best part is that the dealership does NOT have it because they say this model has been discontinued.....
Oh, I forgot..... over time, its brush also broke, the motor emitted smoke....
In general, stay away from this model... with double the money, there are decent shampooers.... we learned it the hard way.....

Excellent fast only I would hope for better construction quality and easier brush cleaning, anyway the carpets cleaned. In a carpet that I considered clean as it is in a space that is not used and was given to a professional last year, so much dirty water came out that I was amazed. Definitely excellent in relation to its price.

Very good in efficiency, construction is mediocre though. It does a pretty good job cleaning carpets but a good vacuuming should precede it because it is not designed to absorb solid debris. After use, the device needs a good cleaning. Overall, it washes very well.

Very good choice for a home with carpets. It does an excellent job that no one would expect from a vacuum cleaner at such a price, non-professional. Stains will not disappear with just one pass, but with a little persistence in difficult areas, it restored and fully cleaned the carpet to a much better condition than we thought we would achieve when we bought the vacuum cleaner. The attachment for furniture does the same good job as the vacuum cleaner with continuous passes. Also, the vacuum cleaner works equally well with common commercial detergents.

Do not expect the carpets to be cleaned effectively, especially if you wear shoes inside the house. I use it once every two years. During one summer, I clean them with a broom and the next summer I send them for washing, but we don't wear shoes inside the house and if something spills, I clean it immediately. The downside is that it leaves a lot of water and I have to take them out on the balcony after washing. You need to fill the bin multiple times to clean a carpet effectively and one pass is definitely not enough. Also, the detergent it comes with is enough for three large carpets. You need to clean the base of it very well for each carpet because its brushes are not good at all. On the positive side, it leaves a feeling of cleanliness and with two washes of the house carpets, you save money compared to taking them to a dry cleaner. I wouldn't buy it again, I would prefer a good steam cleaner with this money.

I have the vacuum cleaner for a while now.. It does a very good job on carpets.. It cleans them and refreshes them very well.. It is easy to use.. It takes quite some time though to wash a carpet.. I don't like the cleaner though.. I use laundry detergent and it works very well... The attachments for sofas and mattresses don't work, but I wanted it for carpets anyway.. I am very satisfied!! Easy cleaning also and it doesn't dirty the area you wash!!

We are talking about the ultimate Chinese plastic. At first glance, you can see the poor quality of the plastics. They definitely won't withstand the test of time, and I hope I'm proven wrong. This product does not clean well, like taking them to a dry cleaner or washing them with soap and water in your yard. It does provide a nice refresh during the winter to keep the carpets relatively clean. It makes a lot of noise and an annoying loud whistling, which is probably from the motor. Its cleaning performance is mediocre. If you don't have high expectations, it will serve you well for superficially cleaning the carpets at least.

The vacuum cleaner is very good. It does what it says. It cleans the carpets perfectly. It doesn't produce much foam (although this depends on the type of detergent you use) and after cleaning, the carpets just need to be spread out for a few hours and they are ready. We recovered the money we spent on buying it in 1 year. And a tip. Before washing the carpets, it is good to vacuum them well with another electric vacuum cleaner first. And then wash them with the Hoover.

It's a shame that a company with such a name released such an unacceptable product. From the second year, the plastics showed that they are of poor quality as most of them broke or cracked. Finally, the valve of the tank broke a month ago, resulting in no detergent spraying and there is no replacement available in Greece. They say they are expecting it from abroad for 20 days now. The vacuum cleaner barely worked for a total of 10 hours. Maybe because it's Chinese.

The best vacuum cleaner for carpets. It makes them look brand new in no time.
Very easy to use. It's worth its money. I highly recommend it.

The shampooer did its job for another year. It washed and dried everything. It is necessary, as I mentioned in a previous comment, to thoroughly vacuum the carpets and rugs before washing them so that the filter does not get clogged. It's okay to clean the filter every two to three carpets, I don't think it's a big hassle. Anyway, it does its job perfectly fine. It's worth it.

It makes excessive noise for a vacuum cleaner, but it is effective in deep cleaning dirt on carpets and has very good suction. It does not completely dry the carpet, depending on its thickness. One downside is the noise, and another downside is that it has a small filter that gets clogged and requires frequent cleaning in order to be able to suck up liquids. It also does amazing things when used in a car

A perfect product for those who want clean carpets and rugs. Except for the strong noise it makes in general, it is an economical solution to clean your carpets. We even used it on large carpets and they shone. It will take about 4 hours for the carpets to dry if you know how to use it correctly.

I did each strip up and down with the brush pressed and two strips up and down without it, so they shone and dried quickly (in February with open windows and sunlight).

The best I have ever purchased in its category. It makes noise, but it doesn't bother me because it is effective. After all, how often does one use a vacuum cleaner? It is a very powerful vacuum cleaner for cleaning and it is worth its money.

Very good. In cleaned and relatively dirty areas, it removed dirt again. And there is nothing similar on the market. Only the Delonghi Tigra I would put many years back though.

It is the most amazing thing I have purchased. It quickly and easily removes even markers from the children's carpet. It cleans carpets, mattresses, and sofas, making the color more vibrant. Before use, it should be thoroughly vacuumed with another device. It leaves some moisture residue that takes about half an hour to dry. Simply, after use, the device requires thorough cleaning. I highly recommend it and it is worth its money since it does exactly what it says.

The carpets do not clean at all. We tried all day and no matter how well they are rinsed, the "special" soap leaves something that "sticks". No matter how hard we tried, we ended up taking the carpets out for washing. However, not everything is negative, as we got a "hanging" vacuum cleaner...

Very inconvenient, does not clean stains, the filter fills up immediately, resulting in constant cleaning. The bin is the same. Very bad purchase!

Very good vacuum cleaner. Just washed a 3x4 carpet and it sparkled. More to come. Very user-friendly, glides beautifully on carpets and doesn't shave hands. It even cleans the fringes! I liked it, I would buy it again!

It is a very good purchase!!!!... We have washed 3 carpets so far (1 of them being large), a hallway, and 4 rugs. The large carpet took 3 "hands", meaning I filled the water and detergent container 3 times. They cleaned PERFECTLY!!!... as my wife says... Very easy to use, one of its positive aspects is that we used a general cleaning detergent instead of the Hoover cleaner for testing purposes, and it worked just fine. We also used a biological cleaner for women, and everything was OK!!! My wife cleaned the fringes separately with a brush and detergent, not with the vacuum cleaner. Every time I emptied the dirty water and filled the container, I cleaned the filters for better performance. After finishing and before storing the machine, clean the filters, containers, and the brush of the vacuum cleaner with an old toothbrush, make sure to clean it well from the bristles!!!... It is worth its money, a very good and useful purchase

I bought this amazing vacuum cleaner with a lot of hesitation because I had read both very good and mediocre reviews. In the end, I made the decision and bought it. The results are astonishing. So far, I have cleaned two carpets and a sofa, and there is more to come. The only negative aspect is its small dustbin, which needs to be emptied twice to clean one carpet. It is worth every penny and more.
