Xeno Crisis is an adaptation of the successful Sega Mega Drive / Genesis title funded through crowdfunding. It is an arena shooter that can be played solo or in local co-op mode.

Take control of hardened marines who embark on a deadly mission to face an alien threat and return alive!

Run and gun through thousands of opponents as you explore the ruined research outpost, searching for survivors and ultimately confronting the source of the outpost’s destruction.

Outpost 88 is divided into seven distinct zones, which are randomly generated in each playthrough, meaning your strategy must constantly evolve if you want to succeed in your mission.

Collect tags from defeated enemies to upgrade your equipment between zones, and watch out for special weapons that will give you an instant advantage.

While your standard pulse rifle is capable of dealing with enemies, other weapons can give you advantages in certain situations, so it is generally better to pick them up - just be careful not to run out of bullets!

As you advance through the colony, you will encounter many different enemies, each with their own characteristics and attack patterns.

Many of them can be taken down with ease, but others will require you to outmaneuver them, attack them within a specific time limit, or avoid them entirely!

At the end of each zone, you will have the opportunity to exchange any tags you have collected for upgrades, from extra health to weapon boosts and extra continues.
