The Richwood RD-12-CE is an electro-acoustic dreadnought guitar from the Artist series, designed as an affordable entry into the world of string instruments. It combines comfortable playability, reliable construction, and built-in electronics, making it suitable for beginners, developing players, rehearsals, and amplified performance.

The dreadnought cutaway body offers strong projection and easy access to the upper frets, while the X-scalloped bracing enhances resonance and tonal balance. An agathis top paired with laminated bamboo back and sides produces a warm, versatile sound that is suitable for strumming, accompaniment, and basic fingerstyle playing.

The guitar features an Indonesian mahogany neck, an acacia fingerboard and acacia bridge, as well as an adjustable double-action truss rod for long-term stability and precise setup. The chrome-plated machine heads provide reliable tuning, while the natural gloss finish gives the instrument a clean and traditional appearance.

For amplified use, the RD-12-CE is equipped with the Richwood EQ5 pickup system, featuring controls for volume, treble, middle, bass, phase control, and a built-in tuner.
