Sigmacover 456 concrete floor coating 4L - Resistance to temperatures down to -10°C! RAL 9010

Two-component, thick brushable epoxy paint.

MAIN FEATURES OF THE PAINT:

• Designed primarily as an intermediate or final coating in paint systems for metal constructions exposed to dry and marine weather conditions.
• Can be applied directly on concrete.
• Very fast curing.
• Cures at temperatures down to -10°C.
• Excellent adhesion to old epoxy, alkyd, and chlorinated resins.
• Durable with long-term elasticity.
• Easy application with brush, roller, or sprayer.

APPLICATION:

One package can cover up to 12m² of ready-mixed floor at 200 microns thickness.

CONCRETE PAINTING INSTRUCTIONS:

• FIRST COAT: The first layer is Sigmacover 456 paint mixed with Solid Thinner 92.
• MIXING FOR FIRST COAT:
  • Base - 1 liter
  • Hardener - 0.220 liters
  • Thinner - 0.4 liters
• SECOND COAT: Only Sigmacover 456 paint is applied for subsequent layers. The base and hardener should be mixed in a 4.5:1 ratio.

To achieve the desired result, sprinkle decorative flakes on the freshly applied surface and wait 8 hours. Then, protect the surface with Sigmadur Clearcoat resin.

TECHNICAL DATA:

• Touch dry: 2 hours
• Second coat application at 20°C: After 3 hours
• Solid content: 65%
• Gloss: Semi-glossy
• Recommended thinner: Sigma 91-92 or Solid Thinner 92
• Full curing: 4 days
