Sigmacover 350 brushable epoxy paint for concrete, suitable for thick layers, RAL 6005.
Main features:
- Primer/overcoat paint that adheres to less prepared substrates, suitable for use in shipping and land-based industries.
- High resistance to impact and wear.
- Can be overcoated with most two-component epoxy and polyurethane paints.
- Fast curing.
- Easy application with brush, roller, or spray equipment.
- Smooth surface, easy to clean.
- Compatible with most old paints.
- Excellent corrosion resistance.
- Resistant to drops and spills of various chemicals.
Concrete painting instructions:
- The first layer is Sigmacover 350 paint with the addition of Solid Thinner 92.
- Priming ratios for an area of approximately 10m²:
- Base - 1 liter
- Hardener - 0.25 liter
- Thinner - 0.4 liters
- Only Sigmacover 350 is applied in subsequent layers. The base and hardener should be mixed in a 4:1 ratio.
- 1 liter of base requires 0.25 liter of hardener.
Technical characteristics:
- Touch dry: 2 hours
- Second coat application at 20°C: after 6 hours
- Solid content: 72%
- Recommended film thickness: 100-150 μm
- Coverage at 100 μm: 7.2 m²/L
- Gloss: semi-gloss
- Recommended thinner: Sigma 91-92 or Solid Thinner 92
- Full cure: 7 days
The color tones of the palette are indicative and may slightly differ from the actual colors due to your screen resolution. The product is painted according to the customer’s color order and is non-returnable.
Use of a mask is recommended in enclosed and poorly ventilated areas due to the volatile odor of the thinner.
