The Filtrato Nitrate 520 is capable of reducing nitrate values even to 0mg/lt, depending on the initial nitrate levels in the water. It is recommended to replace the filter if nitrate levels increase after the filter to values above 10mg/lt. The replacement is usually done every 4 to 6 months, depending on the initial levels and consumption.
