Diatomite is a natural product derived from the fossilized remains of single-celled algae and crustaceans, ground into a fine powder. It is an interesting raw material with ancient origins and is classified as an organogenic rock, originating from organic residues or deposits formed by the natural processes of living organisms.

Diatomite mainly contains 80-90% single-celled algae and crustaceans and has many beneficial effects, such as toxin absorption. It contains silica, which helps improve the condition of hair, nails, and skin, making them more resilient and radiant.

Usage Recommendations

• For adults: Dissolve 1 teaspoon in a glass of water, preferably in the morning 30 minutes before breakfast or at night before sleep. Gradually increase up to 1 tablespoon.
• For children over 12 years old: Maximum 1 teaspoon daily.
• For cosmetic use: Dissolve diatomite with water in a 1:3 ratio and apply directly to the skin of the face and body, avoiding the eye area.

Note: Do not use on children under 12 years old. Avoid prolonged inhalation of high concentrations of the product in powder form. Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and out of reach of children.
