The Detoolz DZ-EI1010-G01 is a dual ceramic induction hob, designed for fast and efficient food preparation, using induction technology to transmit electromagnetic energy directly to the cookware. It features 2 cooking zones, each with a power output of 1500 W, providing a total power of 3000 W. The cooking surface is made of ceramic glass and the temperature can be adjusted between 80°C and 240°C.

The hob offers 8 power levels, 8 temperature levels, smart cooking mode, timer, pan detection system, overheat protection, and automatic shut-off. Each cooking zone has a diameter of 180 mm, while the appliance dimensions are 604 × 360 × 64 mm. It operates at 230 V / 50–60 Hz, has a 1.5 m power cord, and a net weight of 4.4 kg.

Induction-compatible cookware made of steel, cast iron, enamelled cast iron, or stainless steel is required, with a flat bottom and a diameter between 12 and 24 cm.

Usage Recommendations

Place the appliance on a flat surface and check before use that the product and its accessories are in good condition. Plug the cord into the outlet, place induction-compatible cookware in the center of the cooking zone, and press the ON/OFF button. Then select the desired function and adjust the power, temperature, or timer using the control buttons. Do not use the hob near flammable substances, hobs, ovens, or gas installations. The appliance must be completely dry before being connected to the power source and must not come into contact with water, oil, or other liquids.

Maintenance

Before cleaning, switch off the appliance, unplug it, and wait for the surface to cool down. Grease, dirt, and stains can be removed with a soft cloth and mild detergent. The ventilation area should be cleaned regularly with a soft brush or cotton swab. Do not immerse the appliance or power cord in water and do not use aggressive cleaning agents as they may damage the hob.
