FARBE FÜR OSTER-EIER:
- Wir mahlen das Krapp in einem Mörser.
- Wir bringen es für 10 Minuten in Wasser zum Kochen.
- Wir lassen es für 2-3 Stunden oder auch über Nacht stehen.
- Wir gießen es ab.
- Wir fügen 1/2 Glas Essig hinzu.
- Wir legen die Eier hinein und fügen bei Bedarf Wasser hinzu, sodass sie gerade so bedeckt sind.
- Wir kochen es für ca. 15 Minuten.
Dosierung: 70 g Krapp für 15 Eier.
Krapp hat heilende Eigenschaften. Die Wurzel enthält wichtige aktive Substanzen wie Glykoside, Zitronensäure und andere Säuren, Gerbstoffe und Pektine sowie Zucker, Eiweiß und etwas fettes Öl. Es wird gesagt, dass Glykoside eine entzündungshemmende und krampflösende Wirkung im Harnwegssystem haben.

- We grind the madder root in a mortar.
- We boil it in water for 10'.
- We leave it for 2-3 hours or even overnight.
- We strain it.
- We add 1/2 a wine glass of vinegar.
- We put the eggs in and if necessary, add water to just cover them.
- We boil for ~15'.
- Dosage: 70 g of madder root for 15 eggs.
